Alternating lunges without bands, use Peach Berry Band for upper body exercises. Example: Static Shoulder Pull Outs.
Beginner: 3x12 Advanced: 3x20
Elevated Squats
Place one foot on a step and the other on the floor. Use Peach Berry Band around your mid thigh. Beginner: 3x12 Advanced: 3x20
Squats
Place Peach Berry Band around mid calves and squat. Beginner: 3x15 Advanced: 3x20
Leg Kick Back
