High Intensity Interval Training Cardio is a class for those who want to combine cardiovascular training, lower-body strength training, upper-body strength training and core conditioning into a 45-minute class. All-out intervals blend with short periods of rest to get your heart beating and burn fat with maximum efficiency. Class is open to the public for men & women. $5 cash per class.
